Inspect Your Delivery

Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping label to help our quality control team process your claim.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the damaged product.
Receive Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement bottle to be shipped to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
